The Popular tier will include the above as well as an architectural review and advice, a response and resolution service and increases the Microsoft license estate discount to 2%. There will also be two Power BI model creations per month and two hours available with a dedicated engagement manager.
Our Boutique tier offers a customised service for those with more complex business intelligence needs. Along with an increased 3% Microsoft license discount, we offer unlimited Power BI model creation, a bespoke SLA and unlimited access to a dedicated engagement manager.
